What kind of support is available to me during the contest? What can I do in case of questions or unexpected problems?

During the Summer School you’ll acquire useful knowledge and receive valuable hints. Furthermore, the detailed impACT³ manual will provide you with background information and practical references. The manual also includes forms and examples which will make your assignment a bit easier.

In addition, every participant will receive 4 euros as seed capital for her/his project and each team will have access to a bank account. For more information please click here.

In addition, the following support facilities are available during the competition:

  • Support-Hotline: General questions about the competition and web platform facilities will be answered.
  • The online platform provides password-protected internal space with a pin board. Here, you can ask other participants for support or exchange ideas and experience. This pin board will be moderated by the impACT³ project team and is primarily designed for topic-based discussion.
  • Every participating university has a contact person who may support you with regard to specific local needs or questions (e.g. if you need a room for teamwork at your university or if you need information on local media).
