How will the nomination and determination of the winning teams take place?

Every team has to write a final report, describing how the project idea was derived, who was involved, how the implementation took place and what kind of outcomes was achieved. Your team should use both quantitative and qualitative methods to measure the results and assess the impact of your work, that is, the value created. The process of project idea refinement and concept implementation may be (but doesn’t have to be) documented during the competition phase on www.act-for-impact.net. In any case, a final report must be published online for the general public and the jury.

Following the team competition, visitors to www.act-for-impact.net are encouraged to nominate their favorite team projects. Between 26 October and 18 November 2009, your family, friends, fellow students, sponsors, partners and the beneficiaries of your project have the chance to vote for your project.

Those ten teams that attract the highest number of votes will be invited to the awards ceremony and closing event. They will be asked to give a brief presentation of their project to the jury. Following the presentations, the jury will make a final determination of the three most successful project teams.
